At CustomPe, we focus on made-to-order and customized products. This means processing times differ slightly from standard e-commerce stores. Read this carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are custom-made after purchase.
Processing time: 2–5 business days (may vary based on design complexity and order volume).
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time
Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Total delivery timeline: 6–12 business days (processing + shipping).
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
No hidden charges.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
  Tracking ID
  Courier partner details
Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services such as:

Ekart

(Delivery partner depends on your location.)

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

High order volume (sales, offers, giveaways)
Remote location deliveries
Natural disasters / strikes / courier issues

CustomPe is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist in tracking and support.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details:
Re-shipping charges may apply.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
After production starts, cancellation is not allowed.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos/videos as proof
We will offer a replacement or resolution after verification.

Custom products take time. If you want Amazon-speed delivery, this is not that model. If you want personalized products done right, this timeline is standard.
